During my year-long residency, I had the opportunity to learn, practice, and engage deeply with other practitioners in the field of printmaking. The residency culminated in a group exhibition alongside my fellow residents, showcasing the work we developed throughout the program.
I had the pleasure of working under the guidance of Tarek Mourad and Fadi Melhem, who generously shared their knowledge and expertise in printmaking. We were also fortunate to receive a masterclass in burin and roulette techniques from Sabine Delaheut, as well as a mezzotint workshop led by Bernard Minguet.
This residency marked the beginning of my journey in printmaking, a medium I feel deeply connected to and continue to explore in my artistic practice.
